HOLIDAY SHIPPING DETAILS (as of 11/15/2020)

Custom Orders close 11/16.

All made to order items will ship 1-2 weeks from order date.

Ready to ship items will ship 2-4 days from order date.

Made to order items must be purchased by 11/30 for guaranteed Christmas Delivery. All gift sets are made to order. 

Ready to ship items must be oreded by 12/8 for guaranteed Christmas Delivery.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

All ready made items will ship within 1 - 3 business days. 

Items that qualify are One of a kind pieces and listings that say “you will receive this exact piece”. 

Made to order items will ship 5-10 business days after ordering, if all supplies are in stock. 

Shipping times for custom items (bangles, rings) varies depending on if we have the supplies in stock or not. Shipping time will be longer if we need to order any of the materials necessary to make your piece. If you need the item by a certain date, please email us to find out if its possible. We do our best to make your pieces in a timely manner, while also doing quality control.

In stock: 1-2 weeks (depending on the day ordered, it may be a shorter or longer time frame)

Out of stock: 2-4 weeks

SIZING

Please be accurate when you request custom bangles, cuffs, and rings. SIZING DOES MATTER! Personalized and customized items are NON REFUNDABLE.

If you order the wrong size, you will need to reorder the item in the correct size. I will not resize the item.

 POLICIES

We pride ourselves on doing quality control, but we are only human! If your item arrives and is missing an item, has the incorrect item, is not the size you requested, or any other issue due to negligence on our part, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the package. We will happily exchange, recreate, or issue a refund (minus shipping) once the item is mailed back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you are returning the item due to it being damaged, we will issue a FULL refund after inspection of the item.

Please email us with your full name, order number, and reason for wanting to exchange/refund and we will provide the mailing address at that time.

Due to the nature of the items, we have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy on custom items. We do our best to create your custom piece to your liking. Please make sure you give accurate sizing information for any custom made piece including but not limited to: Bangles, Rings, Cuffs, etc.

ALL SALES FINAL for items bought with a discount code or on sale.
